The certificate ceremony of the second Applied Accounting Training, organized in collaboration with our Faculty and University Career Planning and Graduate Monitoring Application and Research Center (KARMER), Bolu Chamber of Certified Public Accountants and Financial Advisors, and Eastern Marmara Development Agency, was held in the Green Hall of the Congress Center.
The event was attended by Bolu Governor Abdulaziz Aydın, our University Rector Prof. Dr. Mustafa Alişarlı, East Marmara Development Agency Secretary General Dr. Mustafa Çöpoğlu, East Marmara Development Agency Bolu Provincial Coordinator Mesut Çınar, our University Vice Rectors Prof. Dr. Aydın Him and Prof. Dr. Coşkun Karaca, our Faculty Dean Prof. Dr. Rahmi Yücel, Bolu Chamber of Certified Public Accountants President İlkay Bağatır, instructors, and trainees.
A total of 317 applications were submitted for the training, designed to support the career planning of our university students. Of these applications, 55 students were accepted based on fairness, merit, and departmental allocation. The trainees received hands-on training from industry professionals in our Faculty Computer Lab, four days a week for three weeks.
Speaking at the ceremony, İlkay Bağatır, President of the Bolu Chamber of Certified Public Accountants and Financial Advisors, touched upon the importance of the mutual knowledge exchange between professional accountants and students during the training process in terms of human resources and the increasing impact of the project, and wished the students success in their career plans.
Following Bağatır, Eastern Marmara Development Agency Secretary General Dr. Mustafa Çöpoğlu came to the podium and greeted the participants, emphasized the importance of such collaborations, and thanked those who contributed to the event.
Following Çöpoğlu, University Rector Prof. Dr. Mustafa Alişarlı addressed the participants. He expressed his satisfaction with the voluntary participation and applications of our University students in career planning activities, both within the framework of industry-university and industry-university collaborations. He stated that these collaborative efforts will continue to be student-focused. He thanked those who contributed to the organization of the event and wished success to the students who were awarded certificates.

Following the protocol speeches, the certification ceremony began. Certificates were presented to the successful trainees, and certificates of appreciation were presented to the organizing committee members and instructors.
