Students registered to our faculty can request (1) Student Certificate, (2) Transcript Certificate, (3) Student Disciplinary Certificate, (4) Military Service Certificate by entering their username and password at ubys.ibu.edu.tr. After signing, they can print out from the system with electronic signature and barcode.

For other requests, the appropriate petition samples in the attachment must be prepared and signed, then sent to 0374 253 45 21 by fax or hand-delivered to our faculty's document registration office.
