Maximum End-of-Term Exams

End-of-Term Exams will be held as follows: The first supplementary exam will take place between February 5-7, 2026 , and the second supplementary exam will take place between February 11-13, 2026. Students wishing to apply for the exams should fill out the application form in Appendix 1, following the application guidelines in Appendix 2, and submit it in person to the faculty's document registration office , or by fax to 0374 253 45 21 , or by emailing a PDF version of the application to iibf@ibu.edu.tr by the end of business on February 4, 2026. Note: Students who have completed the maximum study period specified in the law, starting from the semester in which the courses of their registered program are given (excluding preparatory classes), may take the supplementary exams held at the end of the semester in which they complete their maximum study period. They do not have the right to take supplementary exams at a later date. The periods during which a student freezes their registration within the maximum study period are deducted from the study period. The period up to the beginning of the next semester is taken into account when calculating the end of the maximum period. Accordingly, provided they complete the maximum study period specified in the Law; - Students who have failed courses (including those with absences), - Students who have not achieved the grade point average (2.00) specified in the relevant Regulation for graduation, - Students who have not registered for (or taken) any courses in their curriculum during the study period (those with insufficient ECTS credits), may benefit from the right to take additional exams.
