2024-2025 Spring Term Maximum End of Study Exams
The 2024-2025 Spring Term Maximum End of Study 1st Supplementary Exams will be held between September 10-12, 2025 / The 2nd Supplementary Exams will be held between September 17-19, 2025. Students who wish to apply for the exams must fill out the petition in Attachment 1 in accordance with the application principles in Attachment 2 and submit it in person to our Faculty's document registration office by the end of business hours on September 8, 2025 or by fax to 0374 253 45 21. Note: Students who have completed the maximum duration specified in the Law, starting from the semester in which the courses of the program they are registered in, excluding the Preparatory Class, can take the supplementary exams held at the end of the semester in which they have completed the maximum duration. They do not have the right to take supplementary exams held in the future. The periods in which the student suspends his / her registration within the maximum duration of study are deducted from the duration of study. The maximum period is calculated based on the period until the beginning of the next semester. Accordingly, students who: - Have failed courses (including those who are absent), - Have failed to achieve the 2.00 GPA specified in the relevant Regulation for graduation, - Have not registered for (never taken) courses within their curriculum (are missing ECTS) during their studies, are eligible to take supplementary exams, provided they have completed the maximum period of study specified in the Law.
