2024-2025 Fall Semester Maximum End of Education Exams
2024-2025 Fall Semester Maximum End of Education 1st Supplementary Exams will be held between 06-08 February 2025 / 2nd Supplementary Exams will be held between 12-14 February 2025. Students who wish to apply for the exams must fill out the petition in Appendix 1 in accordance with the application principles in Appendix 2 and deliver it to our faculty's document registration office in person or to the fax number 0374 253 45 21 by the end of business hours on 04 February 2025.
Note: Students who have completed the maximum period specified in the Law starting from the period in which the courses of the program they are registered in, excluding the preparatory class, can take the supplementary exams held at the end of the period in which they have completed the maximum period. They do not have the right to take supplementary exams held in the future. The periods in which the student freezes his/her registration within the maximum period of education are deducted from the period of education. In calculating the end of the maximum period, the period until the beginning of the next term is taken into account. Accordingly, students who have completed the maximum education period specified in the Law;
- Those who have failed courses (including those who are absent),
- Those who cannot reach the grade point average (2.00) specified in the relevant Regulation in order to graduate,
- Those who have courses in the curriculum that they have not registered for (never taken) during the education period (those who have insufficient ECTS), can benefit from the right to take additional exams.
