İŞKUR Youth Program Begins

In order for our University students to benefit from the work of the National Employment Strategy and İŞKUR Youth Program, which will provide young people with work force experience and income support, 1017 quotas have been allocated for our University students; the quota can be increased according to demand.

Within the scope of the program, which provides university students with the opportunity to work in a field that suits their interests and talents while studying, young people will be able to work a maximum of 3 days a week. Young people who participate in the program will be paid 1083 TL per day. If students participate in the program for 5 days a month, 5,415 TL will be provided, and if they participate for 14 days, approximately 15,162 TL will be provided as income support. The state will pay the students' short-term insurance premiums.

In the İŞKUR Youth Program, 1017 quotas were allocated for students studying at Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal University; the program, which can be used by associate, undergraduate, graduate and doctoral students in formal education, may be increased according to demand. University students who are 18 years old and over and have an income of less than 3 minimum wages in their households and are Turkish citizens, may apply to the program.
