An interview exam was administered to students who applied for the 2nd Applied Accounting Training, which will be organized under the coordination of our Career Planning and Graduate Monitoring Application and Research Center (KARMER), in partnership with the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, the Eastern Marmara Development Agency Bolu Coordination Office and the Chamber of Certified Public Accountants and Accountants (SMMMO).

A large number of students applied to the Applied Accounting Education, which was launched last year as a special program for our university students, for the 2025 spring education semester.

Although it is required to have taken at least two accounting courses before and to be a student in the departments of economics, business, finance, accounting practices, and finance banking and insurance in order to apply to the training program, only 318 students from these departments applied.

Our University Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Coşkun KARACA, our Dean Prof. Dr. Rahmi YÜCEL, Karmer Director  Lecturer Murat ER,  Eastern Marmara Development Agency Bolu Provincial Coordinator Mesut ÇINAR, SMMM Chamber Bolu Provincial Representative İlkay BAĞATIR, Karmer Lecturer Dr. Elif ÇETİN, Expert Ülkü ÇAKIR and İşkur Job and Career Counselor Arif Tumiçin KIZILASLAN attended the interviews held to determine the students who were entitled to participate in the course.

40 students were eligible to participate in the training program to be held in our faculty's computer laboratory based on their success rankings and by measuring their professional aptitude. At the end of the training program, which will last one month and include 60 lesson hours, students who successfully complete the course will have the opportunity to receive a certificate that is a diploma.

In the trainings to be given by instructors who are members of the Bolu Chamber of Certified Public Accountants and actively perform financial advisor duties in the sector, students will have the opportunity to learn package software programs, master accounting software, and gain valuable elements such as internship and job opportunities.
